Returns and Exchanges

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased from the Simply Servingware online store. We will credit or exchange merchandise that is defective.

Original freight will not be credited on items that are not defective. Allow up to 30 days for credits to be processed against your card. Return merchandise to the following address:

Include invoice number and shipping address. If merchandise is damaged from misuse, credit will not be issued. Sales are final on markdown items and special offers.

Back Orders
You will be notified within 24 hours if your item is out of stock. We will let you know when we expect the item to be replenished and ask you how you would like to proceed.
